Angela Alvarez is a nurse practitioner who cares for cancer patients receiving intravenous (IV) infusions, such as chemotherapy. She enjoys assisting others and is committed to working with diverse and underserved communities.
Alvarez earned her master's degree in nursing from UCSF.
In addition to her role with patients, Alvarez has a background in developing and providing public health education and mentoring patients, nurse practitioner students and fellows.
