    About our process

There was a considerable "disconnect" between Dr. Taylor's comments regarding a recent MRI (and my general physical status) and recommendations she gave me for essentially putting my affairs in order. I was very confused and saddened following the consultation essentially uncertain as to whether I am quickly heading downhill or relatively stable.

Dr Taylor had recommended a medication for me But rather than arranging for it she sent a message to my local oncologist asking that she prescribe it I guess in order to avoid confusion. As things turned out it took nearly 3 days for me to have this prescription in my hands and I was extremely ill during that period. It would have been far better if Dr Taylor might have taken care of arranging the prescription for me at the time of our consultation. Just a suggestion!

PLEASE NOTE THAT I ACTUALLY HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS. THIS RATING PERTAINS TO DR. JENNIE TAYLOR AND NOT THE IMAGING DEPARTMENT.

I must be honest: I was expecting a more detailed description of findings from my surgery and more definite guidance as to what path of treatment (at least first steps) Dr. Taylor feels is best for me. I felt somewhat confused and a little "in the dark" as to what exactly was found and implications of this regarding choice of treatment.

My provider is great at explaining my medical issues to me so I completely understand. Not just using medical terms that I would have to look up to understand. Great doctor!

Dr. Taylor treats me as a colleague in addition to making sure my questions and concerns as a patient are fully addressed. I always feel she is fully engaged in making sure I know what's up and what the best choices are for me with my care.
