Dr. M has great people skills is a good listener and clearly explained why people make certain choices between options (colon cancer screening for example). I feel very lucky to be part of her practice.

I told her repeatedly that I have had a negative experience with hormones and she continued to say that was my only option. I made an appointment about a condition that is intermittent and she thinks instead of only taking drugs when I need them I should take some that have given me negative reactions in the past. And she wants me to take them every day. Lame.

She texted me the at 9:45 pm Informef me Of the positive test result and that she prescribed the Paxlovid at the UCSF Specialty ParmacyShe also followed up with a phone call the She also called me the next day and discussed the use of the medicine and forwarded me Information about this emergency use drug.I truly appreciated her timely prescription Of the medication. She's very conscientious and kind In following through with the card for me.I'm very grateful I really appreciate all her efforts.
