I received unfortunate news about my health but the doctor was very patient and answered all our questions clearly. I hope that if I return I'm able to see the same doctor.

Dr Thompson was amazing! She is very thorough and it was clear she had read over my chart before our appointment and had specific concerns she wanted to address with me which were the same concerns I had on my list to address with her. Excellent bedside manner and very easy to talk to.

There were a few times the provider answered a different question than the one I asked (answering perhaps a more general common question instead of the one I asked) and I had to repeat myself. But overall I felt like the provider was knowledgeable polite and helpful

Entire appointment was pointless. Not sure why I bothered missing work.

Provider was looking at the wrong chart and even when I provided health information about myself she told me I was wrong instead of verifying whether she was looking at the right chart- she said she was ordering a blood test for me but she never actually placed the order. It took me two lab visits a phone call to the clinic and much waiting time to get this test. - she told me to get a vaccine booster that I had already received recently enough that the vaccine is not needed. This should have clearly been in my chart or she could have asked if I had received it before.
