Jean Anne Donnell is a registered nurse who cares for patients with breast cancer. Previously at UCSF, she worked as a research nurse, coordinating clinical trials for the gastrointestinal cancer program, and as a nurse in orthopedic surgery and oral-maxillofacial surgery.

Donnell earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of New Hampshire. She completed her nursing studies at the Community College System of New Hampshire.
