Sara Ringling

Sara Ringling is a physical therapist who cares for patients of all ages and activity levels, including those with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Specializing in complex orthopedic conditions, she emphasizes education, manual therapy, exercise and functional retraining.

In both patient care and research, Ringling's interests include how to rehabilitate patients with orthopedic conditions and sports injuries, particularly injuries that commonly occur in gymnastics. She also focuses on injury prevention and wellness.

Ringling earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences and doctor of physical therapy degree at the University of Missouri. She completed a residency in orthopedic physical therapy at the University of Southern California.

Ringling is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and California Physical Therapy Association's orthopedic group.
