Rami Weinberg, DPT

Physical therapist

Rami Weinberg is a physical therapist with the orthopedic and sports medicine practices at UCSF. He specializes in amputee rehabilitation, working in conjunction with the Orthotics & Prosthetics Center. He also cares for patients at the UCSF STAND (Supportive Therapy in Androgen Deprivation) Clinic.

Weinberg received a bachelor's degree in biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. He then completed his residency in orthopedic physical therapy at USC and obtained his board certification in orthopedics. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Weinberg served as adjunct faculty at USC from 2009 to 2012. He is now adjunct volunteer faculty for the joint UC San Francisco/San Francisco State University Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
