Signs and Symptoms
Symptoms of insomnia include:
- Trouble falling asleep
- Experiencing restless sleep, in which you wake frequently throughout the night and then have trouble falling back asleep
- Waking too early in the morning
- Feeling tired and unrefreshed upon waking in the morning
