Ditto. Dr, Gano really took the time to review my daughter's history and the patience during the appointment to follow up on all of our concerns.

The Dr. was great. The person scheduling the EEG appt. was very rushed, and impatient. He was borderline rude and it was as if I was bothering him by asking him to explain the procedure/prep for the appointment.

I say I was mostly confident that if I needed help on anything they would made it easier and helpful to me to the way I was more comfortable for help.
