Dr. Lee is kind, knowledgable and very compassionate in delivering bad news. She has an effective bedside manner and is very realistic with her assessments and proposed treatments.

Always calms my nerves and concerns. Provides a lot of info in the notes for updates and follow up. Has good suggestions. Seems a little rushed but thats everyone I've encountered. Has more confidence in the system, but provides reassuring helpful info to increase my confidence with the overall experience. Always super professional and knowledgeable.

Provider seemed rushed and didn't want to take time to understand the complexity of the situation.

Provider was good but she said that she would have preferred to see me in person and that she was sitting in her office and I could have easily come in. We both wanted an in person appointment yet the scheduling team didn't allow it.
