Dr Cheng was wonderful to deal with. He listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and answered my questions. He was very understanding and sensitive to what I was dealing with, and was very gentle during the biopsy. I feel confident that we can manage my issues together.

My doctor is clearly skilled and knowledgeable, I trust his judgment and expertise completely. My only feedback is around bedside manner, which I suspect comes down to workload rather than the doctor himself: with how many patients he's seeing, appointments can feel rushed, and it's easy to feel like a number rather than a person being heard.

We waited 40 minutes to see the doctor, but he seemed rushed and practically was backing out the door to hurry out while we were still explaining our concerns and requesting him to look at the skin conditions
