I had one strange skin area frozen with liquid nitrogen.. I was told that it "might" blister and sent on my way without even a bandage or aftercare suggestions. It is a big tender blister now and honestly just a band aid before leaving would have made a big difference.

It was hard to repeat while using the VRI and at the same time required me to wear a mask. VRI seems to be misunderstood and translated in the wrong ways. I tried a few times to correct it.

He was fantastic - truly superb. He Is very professional and friendly asks questions throughout the appointment and checks for understanding and agreement and also doesn't seem harried or rushed - even though he is also very efficient. I was quite impressed. His patient-facing manner was beyond reproach. He was truly engaged.

The meeting became a little awkward trying to figure out how to communicate like a normal person. Other than that the discussion with the doctor went okay.

I just feel neglected my face is red swollen weepy and itchy and hydrocortisone cream wasn't going to help any didn't prescribe it anyway and I haven't had any contact with him since I drove 7 hours to San Francisco to be seen and he didn't do anything else than any doctor would do here

Needed to ask for written after visit summary from reception. Dr. Did not explicitly ask me to do this as I think he should.

    Very good experience.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Cheng's standard pf care. He was impatient throughout the visit disinterested in either listening to my thoughts and concerns or carefully considering the issue at hand. I had to stop him from interrupting me numerous times in his eagerness to finish the visit. I did not get the opportunity to inquire more deeply about my issue and possible treatments (as I expected tp do) since he simply ended the visit abruptly and frankly( quite rudely. Overall there was very little value to the visit and I left without any further insight or actionable path than I came in. It's a shame that I waited months to be seen for an issue that I feel is urgent only to be treated with such level of disinterest and lack of engagement.
