    I had one strange skin area frozen with liquid nitrogen.. I was told that it "might" blister, and sent on my way without even a bandage or aftercare suggestions. It is a big, tender blister now and honestly just a band aid before leaving would have made a big difference.

    It was hard to repeat while using the VRI and at the same time required me to wear a mask. VRI seems to be misunderstood and translated in the wrong ways. I tried a few times to correct it.

    He was fantastic - truly superb. He Is very professional and friendly, asks questions throughout the appointment and checks for understanding and agreement, and also doesn't seem harried or rushed - even though he is also very efficient. I was quite impressed. His patient-facing manner was beyond reproach. He was truly engaged.

    The meeting became a little awkward trying to figure out how to communicate like a normal person. Other than that, the discussion with the doctor went okay.
