He is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Lu is great. I'm so used to doctors being in a hurry. He didn't rush me in any way and stayed for any questions I had.

I was happy to get the issue addressed immediately instead of needing to schedule another visit to address the issue.

Dr. Lu is the most qualified, reliable, direct & informative communicator of all the doctors I've seen. I feel safe and well cared for with him. I would go to Dr Lu with all my medical needs if it were possible. He is a great doctor! With mad skills, a wonderful bed side manner, and killer knowledge, he is the whole package. An amazingly focused and talented surgeon and skilled communicator, addressing all my questions & concerns (I have plenty) with clarity & informed answers, putting me completely at ease. Unfortunately, I have plenty of experience so I know what I'm talking about. He Is a stand out In his profession!!!!

He's an amazing listener, his expertise is phenomenal, his approach to patients is both warm, informational, and personal in that he makes you feel special every time you come in there. He doesn't waste any time, but he spends enough time with me and is very good about answering any questions. He Is solutions-oriented and offers great options for patients and I wouldn't have anyone else take care of my eyes. He is the absolute best. On a sidenote, he Is extremely humble and has a hard time accepting compliments, but I want to make sure that everyone knows how truly phenomenal he is.

Dr. Jonathan Lu is very kind, friendly, approachable, patient, and courteous. This is was the second time we've met to discuss potential eyelid lift surgery. Each time he's been very patient, friendly, kind, and never rushes the patient to make a decision. Just overall a very great doctor. I'm beginning to feel more confident and secure, knowing that he would do good surgery on me, should I decide to proceed.

Dr J. Lu is a wonderful doctor with a calming bedside manner. He is always thorough, a good listener, very informative, we always have helpful communication and interacting. He includes me in my own care which I primary to me. I wish I could find a GP like Dr. Lu!

Happy to recommend but the wait to get an appointment is a deterrent. The doctor was the first person to give me hope that my issue could be remedied with a procedure. Every other specialist warned me that I may have to live with it.
