Dr Bishof (Kara) is such a pro. I want to say amazing, over the top great. She is so caring and I feel like she hears me and I'm the most important person. I just can't say enough good things. Once after a call I looked at her bio because she's so down to earth I wondered what her background was. WOW her credentials are impressive to say the least. I was almost intimidated when I saw all that, but once I hear her voice and see the kindness in her face that all went away and I just felt like my care, and specifically palliative care, was in very good hands.

They were wonderful, so kind and super empathetic which was nice at this point. I'm sure they hear all these sad circumstances all the time but it did feel fresh and not forced
