Dr Jacques was excellent. She listened carefully to what I said. Her examination was thorough. She answered my questions completely. She gave me her full attention and never tried to rush the encounter or force it to a conclusion. Her clinical note were comprehensive and 100% accurate. I highly recommend her.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jacq and her team! I have had the experience of not being listened to by other neurosurgeons for routine pain questions but Dr. Jacq and team are the opposite of that. She and her team always validate my questions and patiently explain things that go over my head. She always tells me the truth, even when it's not a fun one, which I deeply appreciate for my own care planning. Even in these situations, she stays positive and assures me of other options, grounding me gently if I have negatively misunderstood medical jargon. I always feel heard by her and team, making a difficult medical journey much easier to face confidently and healthily. Thank you so much Dr. Jacques! I i'm so grateful I found your team!
