Good explanation in what to expect and addressed things I didn't even think to ask.

There should BE A 10 PLUS, FOR MY DOCTOR. I CAN WALK AGAIN, SINCE 2004 WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION. AND AFTER 5 YEARS OF HOME CARE

Dr. Jacques was straightforward but thorough. She recommended further testing. The visit was seamless and overall easy. I do wish I was informed beforehand that my spouse wouldn't be with me in the exam room.

Dr Jacques is a superb provider. She listens, knows what needs to be done to tackle the problems.

I feel I'm being cared for and sincerity from my provider

Dr. Jacques is clearly no-nonsense and it was clear that she would not have all of the information needed until completion of follow-up radiology and other tests. She was not inclined to guess about the final diagnosis or treatment options. I appreciate that.

My test results were not there -even after 3 weeks time. That was the whole reason for this visit.

My initial consultation was informative. More tests are needed before any recommendations can be made.

Doctor seemed a little rushed

My doctors at Uc Davis consider Dr. Jacques one of the best in the country for neurosurgery!

Next steps were very unclear, and the after-visit summary took a long time to show up in the EHR.

Despite rules regarding the pandemic changing, Dr. Refused to allow me to bring my spouse in during my appointment. My spouse canceled work to come with me, and it meant a great deal for me to have him by my side during the visit. Even when I asked, it was told to me that there were no exceptions and that this was her personal preference. I think this doctor is very highly skilled, and very intelligent. But I think it's very unkind and not patient centered to allow people to bring one designated person in with them to their appointment. We wore masks and we are up-to-date on our Covid vaccine. At no point prior to my appointment did anybody tell me about her personal policy. This was the most upsetting thing as I did not get a text an email or any phone calls or warnings that I couldn't bring somebody. It was very frustrating and unprofessional.

I appreciate the level of care

Used words like lesions' and tumor' like it was no big deal. Suggested follow up in a year. When I pushed they agreed to 6 months. Poor bedside' manner. Gave accurate, unempathetic information. I know they see much sicker people but this was my health she was talking about.

The experience at the hospital was very very good.the medical staff was very concerned about my well being

UCSF has been the best, at least in Dr. Jacques realm

Great, except for wait time

Took 3 months to get this appt just for the provider to deny access to patient's caretaker/translator. Provider was not aware of patient's overall condition. And this unable to provide the correct course of treatment.

Obviously, I am very pleased with Doctor Jacques; she is very pleasant and approachable.

Dr. Line is excellent provider. She is comprehensive, caring and likes to teach which are all good traits for patient care!

Good listener and ask and she asked many questions about condition.

I understand LG, MD is in high demand and is focused on delivering the best care possible. I appreciated the dab of humor, both taking and giving.

Dr. Jacques and her team are extremely helpful in discussing things with me and very responsive in helping me with appointments and scheduling

1st doctor,Dr Jacques, out of 4 specialists that knew what I was dealing with and explained next steps very well!

I can't say enough about the doctor and the staff. I've never been treated as well anywhere else. What a fabulous institution.

I love Dr. Jacquez! She so knowledgeable about my condition and listens to my concerns. She encourages me to learn more about my condition and treatments.

I had no problems with any questions I had about my surgery

Dr. Jacques is specialty provide referred by another UCSF doctor which took a while to get an appt with Dr Jacques books up and is in high demand. It took more than a week just to get an appointment date. You can only leave messages (listen to recording when you call the office) Then you play phone tag to get an appointment which was two months out. On top of that..... Wait a few months after seeing her to get an MRI.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Jacque .

Dr Jacques is never in a rush. She will listen and answer all questions.

My experience with provider is limited

Dr. Jacques is a world-class surgeon! I'm very lucky to a found her!

I asked follow up questions they had already answered. But they were so patient with me

It took a long time to receive an appointment and frustration getting through to make the appointment BUT Dr. Jacques was excellent. I am glad I made the journey to see her.

Would have really liked my wife to be present for the discussion with the doctor regarding the surgery. She was unable to be in the room and meet the doctor due to covid restrictions.

Dr. Jacques was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure.

Overall experience with Dr. Jacques has been very good.

It was difficult at times to hear the doctor as she was wearing a mask but she did clarify when I did not hear understand something. The visit did feel a bit rushed.

It was a 3 month visit after surgery - I was a bit surprised when the surgeon didn't bother to even look at my 2 incisions; frankly I didn't get much out of the visit

There was absolutely no reason this had to be an in person visit. Total waste of my time to go thru the scheduling hassle, travel, parking, waiting to find out I have to have a mri in 6-12 months.

The clouds parted and the sun light hit my world, Dr Jaques gave me the problem, and the plan they had for me and timeline for future appointments. I left uplifted, informed and equipped. Fabulous staff and experience.

Doctor had an emergency which delayed my appt. Would have been good if someone had told me there was a delay due to an emergency so I would know that I wasn't forgotten.

Doctor excellent with expertise related to knowledge and apparent skills. Feel she cared greatly yet same problem wherein I felt harried rushed. Focused specifically on the surgery without much interest in describing the exact surgery as well as my apparent rehab. I left with too many questions. When I asked more precisely doctor seemed a little offish about. Again a little too harried. In a hurry it seems again. Doctor does seem very experienced and confident. Also nice as far as doctors and concerned go but needed a bit more clarity and time for questions.

I was impressed at every point in the process and appt.

I wonder if Dr. Jacques knows how difficult the referral process is? I didn't want to waste m6 time during my appointment discussing this.

Dr Jacques was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel at home.
