About me

Dr. Lisa U. Pascual is a physiatrist, a doctor who specializes in care for conditions involving physical structure or function, including techniques to restore ability. She is chief of rehabilitation services at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.

Pascual earned her medical degree at the University of California, Davis, where she also completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She completed a two-year fellowship in the California Health Care Foundation's Health Care Leadership Program.

After completing her fellowship, Pascual worked at Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, where in 1996 she was appointed co-chief and in 1999 named chief of rehabilitation services. In 2003, she took on her dual roles at UCSF and San Francisco General Hospital.
