Dr Anaya is excellent. Incredibly intelligent with a very comfortable bed side manner. I feel like I am in the very best hands with her.

Very detailed discussion. Entertained all our questions and concerns.

Dr Anaya is the only doctor I've had in 40 years that listens to my concerns remembers the details from our previous conversation AND the actual procedure follows what was described

Dr. Anaya is a great doctor. She explained and answered all of my questions. She is very friendly caring and smart. My procedure was yesterday and I feel pretty good no need for any pain medications. I feel so happy to have her as my doctor :) I would 100% recommend her!

Did not answer my questions. Did not make eye contact. Cold and unempathic.

Didn't tell me to avoid lifting Didn't tell me she was cleaning the progesterone out as others have in the past.

Dr. Anaya is fertility health royalty I will literally bow down to her greatness. Love how clearly she sets expectations of the process to help ease the obvious stress that patients are In automatically.

Dr. Anaya was so thoughtful and supportive during this procedure as she has always been when providing care to me.

I will likely recommend for the quality of the provider but not the finance team's delayed response and handling of my questions and concerns. Also wait time can be improved.

Dr. Anaya was kind respectful and sensitive about unique issues for my case. She always made sure I was comfortable especially given a bad past experience and went above and beyond as a physician. You are lucky to have her and if she left UCSF I would leave the practice and switch to wherever she was. Please recommend for promotion bonuses other other professional awards. Sadly many of the physicians you promote based on research alone are just terrible human beings and terrible physicians.

After my experience with the nurse the care provider walked in and saw me in tears and didn't acknowledge the situation or what has just happened. She only cared about me signing a consent and disclosure form. Specially because of what just had happened I was concerned about risks and wanted to have a further discussion but she didn't facilitate the conversation.

Felt comfortable and safe during entire process.

I didn't feel like I had much time with the provider.

I found that the description of what might happen wasn't always there. I do understand that everyone responds differently so that's difficult. But the trigger shot made me groggy and foggy brained. No one had mentioned that. But when I asked others who have done this they all mentioned that. Had I known I wouldn't have gone to work. Also for the surgery it says on the sheet that a heating pad is recommended. I would put that it's a must. The cramps/pain I had after the surgery could only be soothed with heat.

I did an ultrasound with kindbody 3 months ago. Kind body told me I had 27 follicle in my left and 20 in my right. When I did a ultrasound with her she said I had 40 follicles in my left and 47 in my right. These numbers were obviously high. I asked her how she came to these numbers snd she responded I just know I do this all day. Any number over 25 is bad. Kindbody literally pointed out every follicle and gave me a breakdown and they did not "guess" the numbers they gave me facts. Not happy with that process at all. I felt shut out

The fertility group is trying a new ultrasound tech as the person who handles your monitoring. He is not experienced enough yet to handle this much responsibility....he is very nice but is noticeably really nervous.....it Is appreciated when normally there Is a resident or some kind of Dr there to ask questions of....now there Is a medical assistant and an ultrasound tech. For this high end of an elective service It would be nice to have better access to the doctors......our nurse Is great but she has to handle sooo much that you can only speak to her If you send a major SOS email.

Bedside manner was down to business. Hardly warm and fuzzy.

Very helpful friendly and explained everything clearly.
