About me
Wendy Cook is a physician assistant who cares for adolescents and adults with orthopedic conditions and sports medicine injuries.
Cook earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Samuel Merritt University.
Outside of the clinic, Cook has served as a member of medical support teams during marathons. As part of UCSF's PlaySafe program, she has provided orthopedic evaluations and sports participation clearance for high school athletes. Her own recreational activities include rock climbing, cycling, hiking and yoga.
