Dr. Anne W. Chang is an internal medicine specialist and serves as medical director of UCSF Women's Health Primary Care. She treats female patients with a variety of conditions, caring for many who have complex or multiple disorders. Her focus on cultivating long-term relationships with her patients has often led to her treating their family members as well. She is fluent in Mandarin and has a number of patients for whom Mandarin is their first or only language. She has an interest in integrative medicine and includes complementary therapies in her patients' treatment plans when appropriate.

Dr Chang is a phenomenal primary care physician and I charge my insurance to ensure that they cover her. She has been my PCP for 34 years. I hope she doesn't retire.

Dr Chang as always provided me with excellent patient care and support! She has been seeing me for around 20 years, if I am not mistaken. I am very lucky for having Dr Chang as my primary care physician.

Dr Chang is simply amazing on every level. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and perhaps above all she seems to love her work and brings a deep and reassuring commitment to it.
