By reading the notes in my history, I found some cardiac conditions Dr. Hsai didn't mention such a clot in the heart. I would have appreciated an opportunity to ask for more info on it.

The care provider never mentioned the effect of radiology studies (UCSF, where radiology was done is 3 hours from my home) on the procedure - yea or nay - which he ordered on whether or not the procedure was needed. So I am assuming it will not be done.

The doctor was rude and hard to communicate with. He kept interrupting us when we tried to answer his questions. I was barely able to finish one whole sentence without being stopped or re-directed. Also we were blamed for not providing him the necessary information however the full medication list was submitted to UCSF through a phone call one day before the meeting and the critical medical history was also submitted during the e-check process. We understand that the doctor might be too busy to read it but it's unfair for us to be blamed. Overall an unpleasant conversation.

Dr Hsia is a very knowledgeable person who knows how to simplify and break things down to explain to me in a simple manner. He is also a very caring person who goes out of his way to help his patients and listen to questions and needs. Excellent overall
